Compare the layout as well as the number of sets. The BOA specifies assembled-dart storage; the One80 set capacities do not guarantee clearance for every assembled combination. Check long points and moulded-flight systems against the case layout.
How to choose a dart case
- Compact cases: suit one main set and a small number of spare parts.
- Assembled-dart cases: protect the complete setup without removing flights and shafts.
- Multi-set wallets: provide room for several barrels, spare systems and small tools.
- Moulded-flight clearance: check internal depth so K-Flex, Condor, L-Style and similar systems are not crushed.

Dart case FAQs
Should I store darts fully assembled?
That is mostly preference. An assembled case is faster to use and protects a tuned setup, while a compact wallet saves space if you are comfortable removing flights and shafts.
How large should my case be?
Allow space for the number of dart sets you actually carry, plus a practical supply of matching flights, shafts and point tools. Oversized cases add bulk without helping if the layout does not suit your equipment.
